Collection and processing of personal data
Use of our ‘pse-Pharma-License-Trade’ platform is restricted to registered users. When registering and using the platform, we process personal data exclusively for the purpose of contract execution, the secure provision of our services and the fulfilment of legal obligations.
In addition, information is automatically stored in so-called server log files each time our platform is accessed. This includes:
- Date and time of access
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Amount of data transferred
- Notification of whether the request was successful
- Browser and operating system identifier
- Website from which the access was made
- Referrer URL (website from which access is made)
- Name of the internet service provider
This data is processed exclusively for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or attacks) and deleted once the purpose no longer applies, provided there are no legal retention obligations.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring the stability and security of the platform).
Data transfer
Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if this is
- is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- is required by law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), or
- You have expressly consented (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and data portability at any time in accordance with Articles 15–21 of the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from manipulation, loss or unauthorised access. The transmission is encrypted (SSL/TLS).
Use of contact data
The use of the contact data published in the imprint or comparable information for sending unsolicited information is prohibited. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against spam mails.
Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy as necessary to ensure that it always complies with current legal requirements.
Legal validity
This disclaimer is part of the PSE GmbH website. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Only German law applies (BGB, HGB, TMG, GDPR, AMG / Civil Code, Telemedia Act, General Data Protection Regulation, Medicines Act).
