Our regulations differentiate between the contracting parties, depending on whether they are acting as sellers or buyers or are only entering into a project collaboration with each other or with PSE. This results in different rights and obligations as well as different remuneration models. This results in contractual components from brokerage transactions (§93 ff. HGB) and service transactions (§631 ff. BGB) as they are anchored in German commercial law.

The following service providers may be parties to the contract: raw material suppliers, manufacturers of raw materials, primary packers, secondary packers, releasing bodies (batch control & release), importers and distributors. For the sake of simplicity, the terms license object and procurement object are used synonymously.

The PLT database assumes the function of a marketplace.

We agree our services with you in a separate contract after one of our employees has engaged in a dialog with you.
